Temitope optimizes crop production and soil health by conducting field research, analyzing environmental data, and technical advisors to farmers, implementing sustainable management practices to increase yields while protecting natural resources.

Farm Supervisor & Sign Language Interpreter
Nanribet ensures our farms run efficiently by coordinating planting, harvesting, and farmworker supervision. As a trained sign language interpreter, he also bridges communication with our hearing-impaired team members, promoting inclusion on and off the field.

Selzing designs and coordinates our training programs, outreach activities, and partnerships. With a strong background in development work, he leads initiatives that build farmers’ capacity and increase access to climate-smart techniques.
