Victoria is a visionary agripreneur passionate about food security and youth empowerment. With years of experience in sustainable farming, she leads Fovic Empire’s strategy, growth, and impact initiatives. Her leadership has helped create jobs for women and the deaf community across Northern Nigeria
Temitope Adeleye

Temitope optimizes crop production and soil health by conducting field research, analyzing environmental data, and technical advisors to farmers, implementing sustainable management practices to increase yields while protecting natural resources.
Nanribet Daspan
Farm Supervisor & Sign Language Interpreter
Nanribet ensures our farms run efficiently by coordinating planting, harvesting, and farmworker supervision. As a trained sign language interpreter, he also bridges communication with our hearing-impaired team members, promoting inclusion on and off the field.

Programs Director
